This site doesn't sell anything

The savestate packs are sold and delivered on Patreon. This site lists what's available and links out to the shop. Anything to do with a purchase — what you get, how it's delivered, payment, refunds, cancellation — is between you and Patreon, under Patreon's terms, and none of it happens here.

Free to use, no account, nothing to agree to beyond this page. It's provided "as-is" — see below.

License and personal use

The savestates are licensed to whoever obtains them for personal practice, on as many of your own devices (GameCube memory cards, Dolphin installs) as you like.

You may not redistribute the files, publicly or privately, resell them, bundle them with other content, or post them to file-sharing sites. These savestates are hand-built work; respecting that is the only way this operation stays sustainable.

No warranty

This site, the Tech Skill Timer, and the savestates are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep things working across Dolphin versions and Nintendont/GameCube setups, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every emulator build or hardware configuration. If something doesn't work for your setup, let us know — we'll troubleshoot with you.

Intellectual property

Super Smash Bros. Melee and its characters are the property of Nintendo. The Lombardi Project is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo. The savestate files themselves — the specific in-game situations Joey has constructed — and the drill content on this site are the work of Joey Farah and are protected by the license terms above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. If a material change is made, the "Last updated" date at the top moves.
